He works directly with Hunter’s brokers across the U.S. Trey brings 10 years of experience in hotel operations, finance and asset management. Prior to joining Hunter, he was the Senior Financial Analyst at TriMont Real Estate Advisors, overseeing over 100 hotels representing $1.5 billion in capital. Additional experience includes an executive position at Crestline Hotels where he was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management practices of a full-service hotel and conference center located in Atlanta, Georgia. Trey graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with certificates of study in Finance and City Planning & Regional Development. Trey also received an advanced certification from Cornell University in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management. |

Kyle has 21 years of hotel finance experience, including corporate banking with affiliates of Chase Manhattan and SunTrust Banks, and ownership of a hospitality industry focused investment banking firm. He participated in financing the development of the Grand Hyatt, Washington, DC and the J.W. Marriott, Washington, DC. Kyle also financed hotels at a portfolio company owned by Allied Capital, a $4 billion investment firm based in Washington, DC. Over the course of his career, he has developed extensive resources and relationships with hotel owners and financing sources. Kyle is a graduate of Georgetown University, where he earned a degree in International Economics. |
