Prior to joining Hunter, Lee held positions with responsibilities that included hotel asset acquisition, development, refinancing and repositioning. He managed assets affiliated with Marriott, Hilton and IHG. Lee holds a Masters degree in Hotel Finance and Real Estate from The School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Accounting and Business Administration from Presbyterian College.
Marilyn Cox \| Broker \| marilyn.cox@hunterhotels.net Marilyn is a broker in the Atlanta office and is actively involved in all facets of hotel brokerage. She facilitates our marketing process by procuring qualified candidates for listings, assisting in contract negotiations, working closely with purchasers and guiding them through the closing process. Marilyn brings over 20 years of real estate experience through multifamily housing and commercial real estate. She attended Ohio University.
Trey Scott \| Associate Broker \| trey.scott.hunter@hunterhotels.net Trey Scott, Associate Broker at Hunter Hotels, is actively involved in all facets of hotel brokerage. He works directly with Hunter’s brokers across the U.S. Trey brings 10 years of experience in hotel operations, finance and asset management. Prior to joining Hunter, he was the Senior Financial Analyst at TriMont Real Estate Advisors, overseeing over 100 hotels representing $1.5 billion in capital. Additional experience includes an executive position at Crestline Hotels where he was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management practices of a full-service hotel and conference center located in Atlanta, Georgia. Trey graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with certificates of study in Finance and City Planning & Regional Development. Trey also received an advanced certification from Cornell University in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management.

Prior to joining Hunter, he was corporate vice president of development for Carlson Hotels Worldwide, and vice president of development for Prime Hospitality Corp. Additionally, John serves on the professional advisory boards of several industry organizations.

Kyle has 21 years of hotel finance experience, including corporate banking with affiliates of Chase Manhattan and SunTrust Banks, and ownership of a hospitality industry focused investment banking firm. He participated in financing the development of the Grand Hyatt, Washington, DC and the J.W. Marriott, Washington, DC. Kyle also financed hotels at a portfolio company owned by Allied Capital, a $4 billion investment firm based in Washington, DC. Over the course of his career, he has developed extensive resources and relationships with hotel owners and financing sources. Kyle is a graduate of Georgetown University, where he earned a degree in International Economics.

Nancy is responsible for the assembly and production of the Hunter Hotel Investment Conference, held annually in March. This “must attend” event attracts hotel owners and investors nationwide. Prior to joining Hunter Realty, Nancy was Vice President of The Griffin Company, a commercial real estate developer. In addition, Nancy has owned her own service business. Nancy attended Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Annette Parisi \| Conference Administrator \| annette.parisi@hunterhotels.net Annette Parisi, Conference Administrator of the Hunter Hotel Investment Conference, works closely with the Conference Director managing the conference. Annette also focuses on licensing Hunter brokerage across the U.S. Prior to joining Hunter, Annette was Agent Relations Director for a major real estate license holder in Georgia. Annette studied Accounting at Holyoke Community College in Massachusetts.
Jennifer Petenbrink \| Database Analyst \| jennifer@hunterhotels.net Jennifer is a full-time student at the University of Alabama, double majoring in Biology and Dance. Jennifer interns with Hunter Realty during the summer and winter breaks and gives full attention to maintaining and updating our database of 20,000 lodging professions. In addition, Jennifer assists the Conference team in producing and hosting the Hunter Hotel Investment Conference held annually in March.
