HUNTER HOTEL ADVISORS FACILITATES SALE OF COURTYARD PALM BEACH JUPITER

Hunter Hotel Advisors ("HUNTER") announced today the successful sale of the Courtyard by Marriott Palm Beach Jupiter. Finvarb Group sold the property to Umbrella Point Holdings, LLC on July 2, 2024. HUNTER’s Miami office, Robert Taylor, executive vice president, and Sophia Pittaluga, senior vice president, facilitated the transaction.

Located off I-95, the 128-key Courtyard by Marriott Palm Beach Jupiter sits directly across from Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, an expansive professional baseball complex home to the spring training and minor league facilities for both the Florida Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals. Guests enjoy the hotel’s central location surrounded by the Palm Beach area’s numerous world-class golf courses, as well as Juno and Jupiter Beach, Gardens Mall and Palm Beach International Airport. 

The new buyer plans to renovate the property and retain Marriott International as management company. 

Sitting four stories high, the Courtyard by Marriott Palm Beach Jupiter provides guests with an outdoor pool, fitness center, and on-site dining experience.
