HUNTER HOTEL ADVISORS ARRANGES SALE OF RESIDENCE INN PHILADELPHIA LANGHORNE

Hunter Hotel Advisors ("HUNTER") is pleased to announce the successful sale of the Residence Inn Philadelphia Langhorne. MCR Hotels sold the property to Baywood Hotels on January 17, 2024. HUNTER’s Senior Vice Presidents, Spencer Davidson and David Perrin, facilitated the transaction on behalf of MCR Hotels. 

Maintaining the reputation as the nation’s leading investment advisory firm focused exclusively on the hotel industry, HUNTER has achieved a remarkable 21 assets sold in Pennsylvania over the past five years alone.

The Residence Inn Philadelphia Langhorne comprises 100 keys to meet the growing demand in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Positioned in the Bucks County Business Park, the hotel is conveniently located less than one mile from various corporate demand generators, including Almo Distributing, Nordon Food Service Equipment, Metals USA Plates and Shapes, McCaffrey’s Food Markets Corporate Office, and Blue by ADT. Noteworthy attractions in the vicinity include Park Casino, a 150,000-square foot premier gambling and entertainment destination, as well as Sesame Place, a 14-acre theme park within half a mile from the hotel.
