HUNTER HOTEL ADVISORS BROKERS SALE OF COURTYARD WEST PALM BEACH AIRPORT

Hunter Hotel Advisors (“HUNTER”) is pleased to announce the sale of Courtyard West Palm Beach Airport. MHG Hotels, LLC (“MHG”) acquired the property from Whitestone Companies on November 17, 2023. Leading the transaction were HUNTER’s Miami Office, with Executive Vice President Robert Taylor and Senior Vice President Sophia Pittaluga executing the deal on behalf of the seller.
