PULSE HOSPITALITY AND MD HOSPITALITY ACQUIRE HOMEWOOD SUITES BY HILTON CHATTANOOGA-HAMILTON PLACE IN TRANSACTION BROKERED BY HUNTER HOTEL ADVISORS

Hunter Hotel Advisors ("HUNTER") today announced the successful sale of the Homewood Suites by Hilton Chattanooga-Hamilton Place. The property was acquired in a joint venture by Pulse Hospitality and MD Hospitality from an institutional seller on February 12, 2025. HUNTER’s Tim Osborne, senior vice president, facilitated the transaction.

Conveniently located off I-75 in Hamilton County, Tennessee, the Homewood Suites Chattanooga-Hamilton Place is situated within a major retail and commercial corridor near Hamilton Place Mall, Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport and Volkswagen Chattanooga. The hotel thrives amid the area's recent economic surge, fueled by a $4.5 billion investment into the city and the creation of 426,000 jobs across diverse industries, including healthcare and education. Ranked among the top 50 travel destinations, Chattanooga offers a multitude of leisure experiences serving home to Lookout Mountain, Tennessee Aquarium and Riverbend Festival—a four-day music attraction that draws over 650,000 attendees annually.

The 76-key Homewood Suites Chattanooga-Hamilton Place features a variety of guest rooms, thoughtfully designed for both comfort and productivity. The hotel offers breakfast each morning, an outdoor pool and 24-7 access to an on-site fitness center.

“It was a pleasure to work with all parties on this sale,” said Osborne. “Building on their previous acquisitions with HUNTER, Pulse Hospitality will renovate the hotel to unlock value and better capture the growing extended stay demand in the market.”
