HUNTER HOTEL ADVISORS ARRANGES SALE OF HILTON-BRANDED LAFAYETTE HOTELS

Hunter Hotel Advisors ("HUNTER") is pleased to announce the sale of the Homewood Suites Lafayette Airport and Home2 Suites Parc Lafayette. AVR Realty Company and affiliates of Dimension Hospitality sold the two properties to Om Shanti Om Twelve and Om Shanti Om Thirteen on January 22, 2024. The sale was executed by HUNTER’s seasoned team, including Tim Osborne and Kami Burnette, Senior Vice Presidents, and Mason McDavid, Vice President, acting on behalf of the seller.

Spanning a total of 235 keys, the Homewood Suites and Home2 Suites are centrally located in the heart of Lafayette. The hotels are situated less than 15 minutes away from the Lafayette Regional Airport and proximate to the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, a prestigious educational institution serving 19,000 students. Beyond their strategic location, guests savor the rich history and cultural elements that define Lafayette's unique character.
