HUNTER HOTEL ADVISORS ANNOUNCES SALE OF RESIDENCE INN SAVANNAH MIDTOWN

Hunter Hotel Advisors ("HUNTER") today announced the successful sale of the Residence Inn Savannah Midtown. HOS Management acquired the property on April 24, 2024, with HUNTER’s Mayank Patel, senior vice president, representing the institutional seller. 

Sitting in the heart of Midtown Savannah, the 66-key Residence Inn Savannah Midtown offers convenient access to numerous nearby attractions including City Market, Oglethorpe Mall, Candler Hospital, historic downtown Savannah, River Street, SCAD and Memorial Health University Medical Center. Within a short drive, guests enjoy the beaches across Tybee Island, St. Simons, and Jekyll Island.
