HUNTER HOTEL ADVISORS ARRANGES SALE OF TAMPA RESIDENCE INN

Hunter Hotel Advisors (“HUNTER”) is pleased to announce the sale of the Residence Inn Tampa Suncoast Parkway at NorthPointe Village. MIG Real Estate Group (“MIG”) sold the 100-room property to an unnamed national hotel operator. Robert Taylor, Sophia Pittaluga, and Trey Scott of HUNTER’s Miami and Jacksonville offices arranged the sale on behalf of MIG. HUNTER continues to dominate the state having sold 31 properties in Florida worth nearly $700 million year-to-date.
