HUNTER HOTEL ADVISORS ANNOUNCES SALE OF HYATT PLACE LAS VEGAS

Hunter Hotel Advisors ("HUNTER") today announced the successful sale of the Hyatt Place Las Vegas. Irvine, CA based Greens Development purchased the property on June 25, 2024, with HUNTER’s Brian Embree, vice president, representing the institutional seller. 

Located in the “Entertainment Capital of the World”, the Hyatt Place Las Vegas sits just six minutes from the renowned Las Vegas Strip, which is home to numerous dining, retail and entertainment opportunities. Guests enjoy the ease of access to the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Cox Pavilion, Virgin Casino and Harry Reid International Airport. A hub for hospitality, gaming and business, the Las Vegas market drew over 38.8 million visitors to the city in 2022 alone. 

Fully renovated in 2016, the Hyatt Place Las Vegas offers 202 keys consisting of state-of-the-art guest rooms equipped with modern accommodations. Visitors gain access to the on-site fitness center, outdoor pool and three on-site dining experiences.
