Jatin Patel, Senior Vice President at Hunter Hotel Advisors, is responsible for overseeing and assisting with the execution of single asset and portfolio hospitality transactions on behalf of the industry’s largest hospitality REIT’s and private equity firms. Over the past five years, Jatin has assisted with executing investment sales transactions in excess of $5 billion across 500+ assets. Prior to joining Hunter, Jatin worked within Ernst & Young’s Financial Services practice providing advisory services for major banks and financial institutions.
