Mayank has extensive underwriting experience and has performed thousands of valuations for various ownership groups including private equity firms and REITs.  His depth of experience with every hotel brand across the nation through diverse economic conditions makes him a critical member of the Hunter team. Mr. Patel is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
