Senior Vice President

Spencer Davidson currently serves as Senior Vice President for Hunter Hotel Advisors and leads the firm’s New York City office. Spencer is actively involved in all aspects of investment sales including underwriting, financial analysis, client interaction and transnational services.

He has extensive operational and financial experience within the lodging industry and has worked for well-reputed organizations including LW Hospitality Advisors, C-III Capital, and CBRE Hotels during his tenure.

With a continuously growing client base, Davidson has worked on more than $6.0 billion of capital markets transactions across the United States of hotels across all segments on behalf of institutional, corporate, and private investment clients including groups such as The Blackstone Group, Peachtree Hotel Group, Hersha Hospitality, MCR, Starwood Capital, Summit Hotel Properties and Park Hotels & Resorts among countless others. He is a member of YHIP (Young Hospitality Investment Professionals), Boston University Alumni Association, and is an inaugural member of the Boston University School of Hospitality Administration Real Estate Advisory Council.
