Tim Osborne has been apart of the HUNTER Team since 2015. During his time at the firm, Osborne has executed on over $900 million in closings, with an emphasis on select service portfolios and full service assets for institutional sellers. Osborne has worked with institutional investors including Blackstone, Lightstone, Starwood, Dune, Noble, Peachtree, MCR, McNeil, Park, Lupert-Adler, Hersha, Rockbridge, KKR, and many others.

Prior to HUNTER, Osborne worked at Minerva, a diversified real estate company based in Atlanta doing development and asset management. Before that, he started his career at TriMont Real Estate Advisors as an Asset Manager servicing the Lehman Brother’s Hospitality portfolio which included a mix of high-end luxury resorts, condo-hotel developments, and CMBS Special Servicing on over $2 billion in assets.
