Senior Vice President

Trey Scott, Senior Vice President at HUNTER, is actively involved in all facets of hotel brokerage. He works directly with HUNTER’s brokers across the country. Since joining the firm in June 2010, Scott has closed approximately 95 hotel transactions representing approximately $750M in total value. He brings 15 years of experience in hotel operations, finance and asset management.

Prior to joining HUNTER, he was the Senior Financial Analyst at TriMont Real Estate Advisors, overseeing over 100 hotels representing $1.5 billion in capital. Additional experience includes an executive position at Crestline Hotels where he was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management practices of a full-service hotel and conference center located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Scott graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with certificates of study in Finance and City Planning & Regional Development. He also received an advanced certification from Cornell University in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management.
